Cyber Initiatives Group Annual Membership
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Cyber Initiatives Group (CIG) member. CIG members are part of an exclusive group of high-level, highly-experienced cyber professionals who share insights and perspectives on cyber threats throughout the year via online and in-person events.
The terms below are the terms by which members agree to access, use and pay for our Service. By using the Service, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Pricing and Payment Terms.
Annual membership – Cyber Initiatives Group dues are $395 annually.
When you become a member, Cipher Online Media, Inc. will automatically charge your credit card for renewal fees on an annual basis, unless your account is cancelled, either by you or by Cipher Online Media. The fee is billed on the one-year anniversary of your original purchase date and every year on the same date thereafter, unless you notify us before that date that you would like to cancel your membership. Charges are fully earned upon payment and The Cyber Initiatives Group does not offer refunds or credits for partially used years. If any charges are not paid, or if your credit card is not able to process the automatic renewal fee, Cipher Online Media reserves the right to cancel your membership.
By providing your credit card information to Cipher Online Media, you agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card. If your credit card expires and you have not updated your payment information with Cipher Online Media, and you continue to access your Cyber Initiatives Group membership Services, that constitutes your authorization to collect the amount due. You agree, by becoming a member, that you have read, and agree to these terms.
Membership Cancellation
We hope that you will find value in being a part of this exclusive community for years to come, but if for any reason, you decide that Cyber Initiatives Group membership is no longer right for you, you may cancel your membership at any time; however, Cipher Online Media does not provide any refunds upon cancellation. If you cancel your membership before the end of your billing cycle, you will continue to have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle and you will not be charged for a new billing cycle. By accessing your membership, you agree to the terms set forth and understand that you will not receive a refund for any portion of your billing cycle.
You must cancel your account by sending an email to: cig@thecipherbrief.com before your renewal date to avoid being billed for annual membership renewal. You may cancel your account any time by sending an email that must include your account details that include your name, the email address you used to establish your account, and a written request to cancel your membership.
Changes to Membership Plan
Cipher Online Media reserves the right to modify or update these Pricing and Payment Terms. When we change the policy, we will add the date that the policy was modified at the top of this page.
